Fee Inclusions

 

Full Conference Registration: includes all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches during the conference and one ticket to the IELTS Welcome Function.

 

One Day Registration: includes all conference sessions for that day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. It does NOT include entry to social events. Tickets to these events can be purchased separately on registration.

 

*Student Registration: Available to full time students only. Please note: there are limited Student passes available. A scan of your Student ID will be required to process your registration. Student registration includes all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches during the conference and one ticket to the IELTS Welcome Function.

 

Community Languages Day Registration – Saturday 12 July 2014:
A limited number of places are available for delegates who come from the community languages sector to attend the Community Languages Day. The fee for these delegates is $70.00. To be eligible for the community language registration fee, you must be associated with a community language group. Your registration must be accompanied by $70.00 payment in order for your registration to be processed. To apply, please register through the online registration form under the registration option “Community Languages Day”. Please note, during registration you will be required to provide name and contact details for a referee who will be able to verify your association with a community group.

 

Community Languages Day registration includes all conference sessions on Saturday 12 July, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. It does NOT include entry to social events. Tickets to these events can be purchased separately on registration.

IELTS Welcome Function

Rutherford House, Victoria University of Wellington
Thursday 10 July
5.00pm – 7.00pm

 

Join in the CLESOL 2014 opening celebrations. This will be a chance to catch up with friends and colleagues from around the country and beyond. Enjoy the occasion while meeting other delegates. The trade exhibition will be open for you too. One ticket to the Welcome Function is included in the full conference registration fee.

 

Tickets can be purchased by one-day delegates or for friends, family members and colleagues for $45.00.

 

IELTS Bus Tour

Friday 11 July
5.15pm – 10.00pm (approx.)
Cost: $70 per person

 

Join us for a progressive dinner and discover why Wellington is the Coolest Little Capital in the World! Tickets for the bus tour are NOT included in the registration fee, but can be purchased when registering for the conference. Food and refreshments (and a good time) are all included in the ticket price. Tickets cost $70 per person. Spaces are limited, book now!

Cost: $75 per person

 

No CLESOL Conference is complete without a memorable dinner, celebrating the location and cementing friendships, new and old. And 2014 will be no exception!
 
The dinner is NOT included in your registration fee. Tickets are $75. Tickets can be purchased for you and your friends, family and colleagues. The conference dinner includes a buffet meal and one drink on arrival. A cash bar will also be available.

Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations are subject to a $100.00 administration fee. If payment has not been made, the administration fee will be charged. If payment has been made, a refund of the balance will be given provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday 30 May 2014. After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the organising committee. Substitutions will be accepted, but should be notified in writing to Paardekooper and Associates.
